Heavy Mechs Or Light Mechs: What Suits Your Playstyle
Two chassis classes, two completely different demands on the pilot. Worth knowing which one matches your patience level today.
Heavy mechs: slow, forgiving of mistakes
Armor absorbs a few bad calls, which suits players who'd rather trade hits deliberately than dance around an opponent.
Light mechs: fast, unforgiving of hesitation
Speed only pays off if you commit to using it - standing still in a light frame wastes the one advantage it actually has.
The honest answer
If you want a mech that lets you play a little loose, go heavy. If you want the satisfaction of dodging everything and never getting hit, go light. Most Raheg players end up switching between both depending on the opponent they're facing.
